Hello, and well welcome, everyone. Thank you for being here. I am Evan Tackett. I'm the solution marketer looking after Secure Host Access and InfoConnect and all of the terminal emulators here at Rocket Software. I'm joined by the principal product managers, Barbara Ballard and Chris Hall. We've got a great session, set up for you today. But, a few housekeeping comments. First, I I just wanna say we really want this to be an engaging and insightful session. So if you have questions, if you've got a comment you like to make, please pop that into the chat, into q and a, and I'll make sure to raise that to Barbara and Chris, and we can get you an answer. I think, otherwise, I'll go ahead and hand things off to Chris. Awesome, Evan. Thank you very much. Glad to be here today. Thanks for joining. With regards to the agenda, we're going to reminisce a bit, look at our historical background, how we got here so everybody has a reference point or has reference points to, you know, how we got here and and, got here to Rocket Software and what we're doing going forward with regards to our strategy, what the path forward looks like with regards to, our new secure host access product. Very exciting. Hopefully, you find it exciting as well. The product life cycle, folks wanna know how long the product they're using is gonna be supported, and we recently put together some product life cycle policies. So, excited to share those with you today. Talk about our commitment to you as we go on this journey, to secure host access together, you know, what kind of support you can expect to receive and, and associated information. And then we'll have time for q and a, during the presentation and maybe at the end as well. With that, I'm gonna talk a little bit, let's talk about disclaimer first. So a lot of the information we're gonna look at today is forward looking. We're trying to share information as accurately as possible, but, of course, since it's forward looking information, some information may change. So just be aware of that. Feel free to read this entire disclaimer, for additional details. There you have it. Alright. So historical background. This is kind of a fun, slide to look at. I I call it the ant farm or the hamster tunnels, sometimes, but it's really our connectivity corporate journey. Right? So, a bunch of different companies, competed in the terminal emulation space, and, now we've, through our history here, have ended up at Rocket. You, in particular, if you are an InfoConnect customer, which I hope you are, you were with a company actually called Digital Communications Associates back in the nineties. And, back then, AttachMate and, DCA came together. And you probably let's reminisce a little. You probably remember some of these brand names. Right? Remember Crosstalk, the bulletin board product, bulletin boards before Internet. And then, you probably remember Irma. Remember Irma boards? You could stick in your machines and connect to host systems and cut in DFT mode. And then, of course, there's the enterprise brand for connecting to mainframes, the software. There was Irma. And then, for connecting to Unisys mainframes, there was InfoConnect. So lot of different, big brand names in the enterprise space came out of, AttachMate and DCA and that whole, merger acquisition that happened way back when. Barbara and I started at AttachMate a long time ago, about the same time as that, DCA acquisition or maybe a little bit before for me. And, and then, yeah, we've been through a lot of lot of changes. So in twenty fifth so let's see. It was 1994, really, that Attachment DCA came together, and then Attachment Micro Focus came together in 2014, 2015. And so, we've had kinda two additions of, two generations of o InfoConnect products. Right? So we've had the nine dot x version, which some folks are still running, and then there's InfoConnect desktop. And that came about in the just shortly after we merged attachment merged with Micro Focus. InfoConnect desktop came about. I mean, that's kind of our second generation, terminal emulator for connecting to mainframes and, all kinds of different host systems and, is based on dot net technology. And then now, after, being with OpenText for a little bit, we were acquired by Rocket and we're moving forward with what we're talking about today, which is the secure host access solution. So that's kind of the history there, and then nice to reminisce a bit, especially for folks that used used to use, Crosstalk, Irma, InfoConnect, and some of the other products, legacy products from years ago. Alright. So with that, I'm gonna turn it over to Barbara to talk a little bit about our values at Rocket Software. Yeah. Well, thanks for that, Chris. And I will say, yes, you were brought on a little earlier than I was. I actually was reminiscing with you because I don't hear you tell that story very, very often, but I was known as the Irma girl, when I landed at Attachmate back in the day after the DCA merger, and I was in support, and I became Irma girl. So that was that was a fun ride. And I actually managed the Unisys relationship and a lot of the Unisys products, that you talked about. So, so Infokind customers are near and dear to my heart. With that said, we are now in a whole new space. Right? Because you as my Infokind customers came over with what they are calling the AMC divestiture, if you will. We were we were all, well, we were all with, as Chris drew out the picture, we were all with Micro Focus and then OpenText bought Micro Focus. And so then we became the OpenText brand, and we barely got used to that, and then Rocket Software bought us from there. So, but here's what I want you to know, and this is heartfelt. Right? And it's important to me because I actually love my InfoConnect customers. There's a lot of you that I visited over the years, and I'm very close to. So, but this is kind of a message from Chris and I about being with Rocket Software Software. If you've been around a lot, and I think you have, you as a customer will know that not every acquisition goes well for you in in the vendor space or in the or or as an employee. And and what we want you to know, is that this one really is a good place for you to land. It's a good place for you as my customer, and it is a good place for me as an employee. Rocket is very, very, customer focused, and that's really important to me as a product manager because the closer I get to my customers, the better I make it for my customers, the better product manager I can be. So, so this is heartfelt. We really do believe that you as customers and Chris and I and Evan as employees are really in a good place being with Rocket. We also think you're gonna see a lot of value in what we have today. And a lot of the what we're gonna talk about, which is secure host access, really was born out of engagements with you, as to what you wanted in a product. And I personally believe that after we did all of this, this was one of the reasons why Rocket looked at our portfolio and said that's gonna add value to all of our other terminal emulation customers. And so that's what happened. They bought the products. They bought the people. And we're now launching a new product, but it's a new product in name only. Many of you, as my InfoConnect customers, especially the bigger ones, actually already used the underpinning of this product. It was just under a different name, which was InfoConnect desktop. So, so that's just really kinda what we just wanted to convey to you that you are in a good place as a customer. We are in a good place as an employee, and we're hoping you see our vision here as we go forward as we describe Securus access as something you will find value in. And we also wanna be very transparent, right, about, you know, the product that you use today and what does it look like going forward. And we're gonna give you a way to communicate with us, that Chris and I can be reached to. So conversation is just starting, but we want you to know you're in a good place. Oh, and I think I'm sticking with it. Right? So we're gonna let's talk a little bit about the path ahead. So, so I think it's fair to say, and I hope you would agree with me, that we are in a new climate for the state of security and compliance. And what do I mean by that? Well, I think it's fair to say that I have never seen anything move faster than it has moved in the last twelve months, as far as security and compliance. The amount and the level of breaches that are happening, and are being publicly disclosed are, monumental, just the whole size of, what's happening. And then on the on the other side of that is regulatory compliance, which they do go hand in hand. Right? Because, what happens is as breaches get exposed, as we understand more about how that ne'er do well got in and got the valuable data that you have, then then we put controls in place. I say we like I have anything to do with it, but that industry puts controls in place to ensure that they can't get in the next time. This is just this is the cycle of security. We learn by every iteration, and and it's not gonna stop. We're we're kind of on this path right now where, it's it's only going to get more complex as as we go forward. So these are all, statistics. Right? And and, you know, and I'm I'm not talking to you from a marketing perspective, but these are really important that you understand the state of security. But I wanna draw your eye to that center top statistic because that is really what's really important to you having a mainframe, whether that is a z mainframe from IBM or Unisys mainframe from Unisys or even a tandem, or you may be an airlines customer. Right? I have lots of airlines customers that use InfoConnect to connect to a GDS, whether that's a, an airline's GDS like Sabre or it's a GDS that supported at a Unisys mainframe or even an a mainframe that you get to via LC. That statistic is very, very important to you. And what that statistic goes into is that this is a year over year increase of people getting to valuable information using a username and a password that is likely not theirs. And so what we're trying to say here is that is not acceptable anymore. We just cannot keep moving in the in the future with username and password being the only thing between the person who's trying to connect and your valuable data that you hold on the mainframe. That's really at the heart of what we're doing in secure host access and and why we're making the move we're making, which you're gonna see through this presentation is we are this is a conversation about you moving to the next generation of emulation that will help you secure the access to your host, and make things better for you from a securities perspective going forward. It's also gonna give you a whole bunch of valuable, updates, if you will, because I this this, presentation is geared to InfoConnect Enterprise, which is the nine dot x version of that product, which is the predecessor to InfoConnect desktop. If you're on InfoConnect desktop, you don't need to hang up. It's just a different I wish what you this is really geared more towards the nine dot x because you don't even have the valuable stuff that was in InfoConnect desktop, which is at the heart of what we're gonna talk about going forward. So, so let's talk a little bit about the path ahead, if you will, and and trying to, address those security concerns. And, sorry, before I do that, I'm gonna turn it back over to Chris. And he's gonna kinda talk to you about how the product is packaged, and then we're gonna get into how it's architected and how it will help you secure terminal emulation going forward. Thank you, Barbara. Yeah. Exactly. So, again, Securost Access is a security first terminal emulation solution, and it's made up of three tiers. So let's go over the three tiers. First, there's the pro tier, which is the desktop terminal emulator, the native Windows desktop terminal emulator. And it has, you know, basic security features, you've been using for years, TLS. The latest is TLS 1.3. There's some data redaction of, sensitive data on host screens. It's a great feature. Those types of features that are are the ones that are, available in pro, the pro edition, desktop terminal emulation. And then we go move to the enterprise tier, which allows you to centrally manage your desktop based terminal emulation. Very powerful feature. Being able to essentially manage sessions and users configurations from a single central location. And then once you have that in place, you can integrate with your identity and access management solution and enable functionality like multi factor authentication, single sign on, essentially managing your entire host access to state. Very powerful. And then the third tier is anywhere, and that includes everything I just talked about. So the desktop terminal emulation, the central management piece of of the desktop terminal emulator, but then it adds also the thin terminal emulation. And it does all the same things for thin that it does for thick. So you get a single, dashboard, a single administrative console from where you can manage your entire host access to to state regardless of whether it's made up of desktop and or web, terminal emulation users. And both are gonna be probably be in play in your enterprise. You've got casual users. You've got power users. You've got all kinds kinds of users, users with desktop terminal emulation that are running automations, visual basic for applications, Halopy, and so forth. And so, you know, having the ability to essentially manage all those desktops and all those users from a central location, your terminal emulation estate is very, very powerful. And then you can turn on things like multifactor authentication and single sign on and so forth to, adhere to regulatory mandates. And I think I'll just turn it over to Barbara now to talk about some of those, regulatory mandates and a a bunch of other topics. Yeah. Barbara, we talk all day. Couldn't she? Yes. Okay. Alright. So, so Secure Host access actually helps you from two different well, it helps you a whole bunch. Right? But we're talking about two different things here that kinda come together. So what we're talking about on the left hand column is bringing in your IAM in order to help you add a layer of defense between your end user and your host connection. And what do I mean by that? I I mean that normally speaking, when you launch a thick client session, for example, you end up at a rack app screen or sorry. I'm talking about Unisys customers. You end up at a MCP screen or UTS login screen, mapper, Dorado, those kind of things. And and we just don't think that's secure enough. Even if you're doing a kind of an authentication on the on the Unisys mainframe that you believe is more secure, obviously, than a username and a password, it's still not it's it it's okay, but we could add value to that. What we can do is check you to make sure that that user that's coming in is an authenticated user via your enterprise credentials. So that's the left hand column. The right hand column oh, sorry. I'm gonna go back to the left hand column for a little bit. Not only can we make sure the enterprise credentials, but we can also make sure that they are authorized access to that mainframe connection, to that Unisys mainframe connection, that they actually should get there based on their role in your organization. We do that through checking your user directory. I'm gonna show you a little market texture diagram here in a minute. We'll talk through that. The right hand column really addresses this, compliance tsunami that we're going through. Right? I just I'm just shocked at how many different regulatory compliance mandates are coming out that, that are requiring certainly, they're requiring strong authentication, and most of them are requiring multifactor. And I say this from a couple of different places. So first of all, there are new requirements coming out. The New York City regulation, New York state regulation is a is an example of that. That's their cyber regulation that they're requiring multifactor. That's fairly new. They started requiring depends on where you fall within the regulatory use cases, but they started requiring it in November 2024. And by the November year, anybody doing business with them will have to, will have to, sorry, will have to use multifactor authentication to access their resources. But we're also looking at existing regulations out there like PCI DSS that we've been using for years, and they are now upping the game because they're going from best practices to, mandates. Right? So they're going where it used to be. You know, it was a good good practice, best practice to use multifactor. Now it is a mandate where they it is a control that you have to use in order to be compliant with the regulation. So, so that's kind of the things that we're trying to address by integrating your IAM. We're giving you that ability to add another layer of defense, but we're also giving you ability to, comply with those that regulatory compliance in your environment. So let's take a look at how the solution would look like in your, environment in itself. So little bit different than InfoConnect today. Some other products that you may use in your environment that have access to, a Unisys mainframe could be reflection for the web. Its predecessor was called the Vantage. That was a thin client. We also had a product called host access, for the cloud. That was a zero footprint. Those products really the the desktop product, the InfoConnect desktop version and host access for the cloud that also supports a Unisys connection are the DNA for this products. The other thing I think that's really important here is that it was actually a Unisys customer. They're they're also an IBM customer. They connect to IBM mainframes as well as Unisys mainframes, and they're actually, US federal government customer. And they were actually the reason why this product was born, because of the things that happened from a security perspective and they happen to have a Unisys mainframe, and they came to us saying, look. I've gotta add more layers of defense in-depth because I can't have people logging in with just a username and a password anymore. It has to be and in The US federal space, it's normally a smart card, if you will. But that's a great example as well is because, that particular customer that I'm talking about, they use smart cards. They're also moving towards more different kinds of authentication via OIDC and and those kind of things because their their new mandates are coming out that require them to use different protocols. So, so I'm saying all this because I don't want you to think the product is brand new. It is new in name, but in name only. The product's been around for about ten years. It was part of the products that were done by OpenText and prior to that Micro Focus. And, actually, prior to that was Attachmate. So, so the product's been around for a while, but this is it's it's branded differently. It's certainly branded, Rocket, and it has a new name, Secure Host Access. And it is really our go forward solution. So let's talk a little bit about how it fits in your environment. You have an emulator on the left hand column. That's either gonna be a thick emulator, as Chris said, or a thin emulator, which you may not use today, which could be could benefit your environment. But the difference is is when that emulator is launched, it is launched and configured to go to the secure host access server. And why is that important is because today, if you launch a thick client, for example, regardless of what vendor supports it or where you get it from, I mean, you're using InfoConnect today, but it will land at that login screen, and we wanna add layers of defense in-depth. So what we will do is we will make sure that you have been authenticated via your enterprise credentials. That may mean that we need to ask you for your credentials, but most of the time, your IAM in house uses a single sign on technology. And so we can also, because we just integrate with your IAM, if you're configured for single sign on, we will respect that single sign on as well, which would mean your end user isn't prompted for more credentials. Right? They're allowed to sign in via their single sign on token. So that's the first step. Launching the emulator, we check you at the enterprise, authentication levels. We also check you at the enterprise authorization levels. I will say that every buddy in your organization should not necessarily connect to that Unisys mainframe. So we need to make sure by your user directory that you give access to everything else in your enterprise. You're giving them access to your mainframe connection, Right? To that Unisys mainframe connection or IBM if you happen to use that as well. But, so those are two layers of defense in-depth we're adding. We can actually make it appealing for you as well if you are depending on how you log in to your mainframe today and depending on how many mainframes you use. We also have a, a component called automated sign on where we can actually, via a trusted relationship between our server and that mainframe, yes, even a Unisys mainframe, we can put a component on there to where we have a trusted relationship. And instead of using the mainframe authentication that you use today, we can make that a single sign on via a one time time limited token. So now I'm gonna ask you to step back here, and I'm gonna paint a bigger picture. If you today are using infoconnect9.x, you launch a thick client session, you land at the Unisys mainframe, you log in there via whatever kind of credentials, probably still username and a password. Could be a little bit stiffer than that or stronger than that, but that's your workflow. Tomorrow, by using Secure Host access, you could launch that same emulation session. We're gonna go about how to get those emulation sessions over should you go to Secure Host access. Same emulation session. And this time, we're gonna check you, and we probably are gonna use a single sign on token in your enterprise. And then we're gonna use a separate single sign on token to get you into the host. So now painting that whole picture, instead of using a user ID and a password anywhere, we are using two separate one time time limited tokens. Way more secure. It does a lot more than that, but they only let me talk for so long. So, and you're gonna have ways to get a hold of me and Chris, by the way, via an email address. But that's really the value that we're bringing to the table in Securus access that is way beyond what you ex experienced today with infoconnect9.x or enter, InfoConnect enterprise edition. So I think I am passing it back. Yep. I'm passing it back to Chris to talk about what the upgrade experience looks like. Thank you, Barbara. Yeah. And you alluded to some of these points here, but let's reiterate them. So, yeah, I mean, one of the questions that customers are gonna have is, you know, how difficult is it to get to the Secure Host Access product. So let's be clear. The InfoConnect desktop, product provides the DNA for Secure Host Access desktop client. Right? So like Barbara said, we're not starting brand new with a new code base or something like that. We started with, the reflection and InfoConnect desktop code bases, the latest release, basically, and then that became Secure Host Access, you know, 25 dot zero, I think, is is, the the first release of Secure Host Access. And so it's basically like doing an upgrade from InfoConnect desktop 18 o to, you know, InfoConnect desktop, but it's SHA as Secure Host Access 25 dot one. But it's like just going to the next major release, 19 dot o, of an InfoConnect desktop. Desktop. Probably be the best, way to, illustrate. So, InfoConnect desktop has supported legacy InfoConnect upgrades for years. So when we talk about legacy InfoConnect, we're really talking about InfoConnect Enterprise Edition, and there's a whole bunch of additions. Right? One for Unisys, one for airlines, there's PTR, and and a few others, but those are versioned. Those legacy versions, or version is nine dot x. And the current version of that legacy version is nine dot seven. So we have InfoConnect desktop products that are 18 dot o, InfoConnect enterprise edition products that are version nine dot x, and then we're moving everybody over time to secure host access at 25 dot x. So hopefully, that's fairly clear. Desktop clients basically can run all user configurations because at the core, the code base is the same. Right? So your InfoConnect sessions, macros, toolbars, menus, quick pads, hotspots, and just go on and on and on. There's a lot of things you can configure. Colors. Right? You can configure all those things as an end user or an administrator in the product in InfoConnect, and you can bring those all forward into Secure Host Access. So, again, it's just like doing a, you know, a major upgrade from one version to another, and that's really the upgrade experience. Yeah. You're gonna see some differences. Obviously, you know, Barbara mentioned the company name, the product name changes. You're gonna see a little more pink and purple as far as part as the, branding for colors for Rocket Software. So I hope you like those colors. You'll be able to you know, I mentioned be able to run the macros and so forth. So there's a screenshot here you see on the screen of of, InfoConnect desktop and some of the legacy macros and automations that it can run, including, castle scripts. Right? That's something that, people wanna bring going forward because they've invested time in creating those automations and just wanna make sure that they can continue to run when they upgrade to Secure Host Access. So that's really the the, information, you know, that's required for you to to understand to get to, Secure Host Access from InfoConnect, legacy products, a pretty seamless upgrade overall. And, with that, I'm gonna turn it back over to Barbara to talk about, some upgrade guidance. So, you know, I mean, this is pretty straightforward. Right? We think that there's just a from especially from a security perspective, there's just a huge amount of value for you as an InfoConnect, a legacy InfoConnect enterprise customer in the upgrade. So we suggest you start, looking at this sooner than later. Right? And what I mean by that is take it take it get a trial or evaluation, whatever you wanna call that. You do that by reaching out to your account executive. You may not know who your account executive is. Maybe you haven't been in touch with somebody in a while, but we can get that conversation started. And it it doesn't have to be transaction based. Right? Chris? And I can help you. That's what the email address is on your screen. If you don't know who that account executive is, then just reach out to us, and we'll find them for you. And we'll get you a copy of this software so that you can look at it in your own environment and understand the upgrade. But I think you need to start planning sooner than later because, these mandates are coming down. If you are not faced with them today, I'm shocked. They're not going away. And the other thing I didn't cover, and I probably should have I talked too much anyway. But those regulatory comply they don't care where your main where your data is. Right? They don't say, oh, and if you have a mainframe, you have to do this. No. They just say if you have this data, you have to do this. So it all of that regulatory compliance that we talked about faces you on the mainframe as well as in the enterprise. So you have to take these safeguards because that's where the data is. Right? And we're also we've been in this mainframe world for a long time, both you and I, and you don't have a mainframe because that's what you wanna do today. Right? You have a mainframe because it's the crown jewel of your organization, and it has valuable information. And it likely has credit card or PII, person identifiable information, and you have to protect it. So, but we also get that upgrading is not, you know I can say that a lot easier than you can do it. So we get that, you know, those things are not easy. So we want you to start looking at it now so that you can make those plans. And we wanna be able to help you, so don't hesitate to reach out. That's what the email address is, on the screen. We're gonna show it again when we get to the end, but, we're here to help you. So, again, our guidance is start taking a look at this sooner than later. Oh, yeah. Let's talk a little bit about the product life cycle. So that's probably actually why you're here. So we sent you a, notice back in early July about your InfoConnect product. And what we said in that email might have been alarming, but we're really glad you joined us on the webinar because that means you're paying attention. We like that shock value every once in a while. We told you that InfoConnect is going to go into mature status, and we did not mean shock there. What we really wanna do is be transparent with you. We have you know, coming over from AMC, we now have, like, 17 or 18 emulators. Right? And we're doing this with all of our customers, and we're doing this for the right reasons. We're investing in Rocket Secure Host Access. Doesn't mean we're walking away from the emulator that you use today, and we wanna be transparent with that. Maturity does not mean end of life. What it means is we will look at bug fixes and security patches as they come in, and we will fix those when it makes sense to fix those. Right? If it's something that is devastating to your environment or should a Log four j come out tomorrow, we've got your back. We're not asking you. We're we're not even telling you you have to make this move. We're asking you to look at it. It's a journey, and we hope you're gonna find value, and we hope you go on it with with us. But we do know that there will be some customers that for some reason or another don't wanna go on the journey with us. They'll wanna stay on InfoConnect Enterprise. So, so if that's true, then then we we will continue to, help you with that product. So we're not walking away from it. We're just we're just making sure that we're transparent and telling you right here that all of our innovation will happen on Secure Host Access. That won't be happening in InfoConnect Enterprise, and it won't even be happening in InfoConnect desktop anymore. The innovation will go to Securus Access. Alright, Chris. Why don't you tell them a little bit more? Alright. So we've come from a lot of different places as you saw from our historical diagram earlier in the presentation. So a lot of different product life cycle policies over the years. In a lot of cases, there was a legacy company didn't even publish product life cycle policies. I can tell you that we've been working very diligently. We get a lot of inquiries on how long is my product gonna be supported and and, you know, the version I'm using and so forth. And so, we spent the last six to eight, nine months, you know, making sure we put together, go forward rocket life cycle policies for our terminal emulators and for secure host access. We're happy to announce that we just published the product the Rocket Product life cycle policies, just last week. I think it would they were published for the first time, so those are available now. They're new and improved. They're easy to access. So, hopefully, you've received an email maybe with a link or maybe you've gone to the, Rocket Software Website. And, if you go to docs.rocketsoftware.com, for example, you should be able to find or the forum, you should be able to find links and or references to the product life cycle, and we have, a direct link if you, are unable to find them for some reason. So you can send us an email to the alias Barbara mentioned previously, and we're gonna mention again. So don't worry if you missed that. But we are sharing the information regarding the product life cycle policies being published publicly. We're sharing that widely, so you should, you know, have heard about that or should hear about that soon, via some channel. And again, you know, we've got a lot of different policies coming from different, legacy companies and products. And so we put together a consistent set of policies that apply basically to the legacy terminal emulators, and we have you know, we've counted them up. There's about 15 to 17 of those. And then for secure host access going forward. So for secure host access specifically and, some of our other go forward products with innovation road maps, they'll have they'll be in a what we call if you look at the diagram here at the bottom of the screen, they'll be in a general availability PLC, product support life cycle phase from years one to three. And that means they get full support. Right? You can call tech support, report issues, escalate them to development, they'll get fixed, and so forth and delivered to you. Then after year three and years four and five, we'll have limited support phase. And, again, most everything will be supported at that point. You know, there's a lot of services. You can call tech support and get, talk to them about any issues run into and so forth. The documentation and everything stays available. And then and then after that, the next phase is restricted support, so you're six plus. You're getting, you know, a little bit more restricted to support for the version of Secure Host Access that you're using at that time. Right? So I think if you look at these this policy here, just even this diagram here, and you look at the product life cycle policies that we published online, they're a lot better. They're consistent. They're better. They're more you know, they're improved compared to the policies we've had in the past with all the other legacy companies that we've, created product law life cycle policies with. So they could be very pleased with, the support you're getting and and so forth with regards to these policies. And let's talk about and and that kinda leads into our, you know, our commitment to you. Hopefully, there's some additional information here that might you might find useful. So we're, obviously, we're doing these webinars. We're sending email notifications. We're putting together innovation road maps. We're committed to you. We're, you know, all Lexi products, including all InfoConnect product divisions, continue to be supported. We've got all the documentation online. We've got tech support folks who are taking your calls. In a lot of cases, we're addressing, you know, critical issues that come up that are reported and escalated. But we're gonna also allow you to move at your own pace to secure host access. So, you know, we'd love it if you move to secure host access sooner than later. And in fact, there could be a regulatory mandate that comes up and maybe you need multi factor authentication for getting to your, you know, host systems. And we're you know, that's supported in secure host access and and that may be what drives your move there. Regardless, we're gonna support you through our and your modernization journey. It's really us together, and Barbara and I talk to customers every single day. Lots of conversations, understanding, your concerns, and trying to address them the best that we can. What else would you say, Barbara? Well, I think that you can see the value here that we've talked about for the last thirty, forty minutes, and Secure Host Access really does fit as the next generation terminal emulation solution. Right? The secure by default terminal emulator. And we do provide a very innovative road map. I think you'll see that more and more. If you'd like to dive into that a little earlier than you normally would by looking at the road map, then you can contact us at the email address below. But we that's really what we're in this for. The Chris kinda went over what the product life cycles look like for you, and we do understand that you've been through the gambit of different, companies. And we wanna make sure that we're trying to be transparent with you and that the product life cycles are better for you today than they were with you at OpenText or even Micro Focus. We also get that there's work to do, and I mean that from all perspectives. Right? There could be work to do from maybe we didn't get the product life cycle just right. Maybe you can help us make that better. Maybe, we aren't supporting a specific feature in Secure Host Access that we did in InfoConnect Enterprise. It's hard for me to believe because we've been doing this again for years and years and years. But you know what? The table it's always open. We can't get everything right a 100%. So, so there may be work to do in the product itself. But what we wanna do is start that conversation with you. We want you to help us understand how we can help you. Tell us what you like. Tell us what you don't like. Start the conversation. Chris and I are very, very transparent. We both been around for way too many years. We can generally answer any question you have or if at minimum, we can go figure it out. We do not deal with pricing questions, but you can reach out to us and we can get your account rep involved. So, but pricing is really the only thing that Chris and I don't delve into much. They just don't let us dabble in that. But the email on your screen right now is the way to get a hold of Chris and I. That is us that answers those emails. If for some reason you don't get an answer in a timely manner, I think you will, by the way, but ping us again because that is not our intention. So, so we're trying to open the door to help you understand where we're going and why, and we think it's a great vision. We think there's value in it for you, but we also get that there may be a reason why you need to stay on InfoConnect as it is today, and we want you to know we got your back if that's the decision that you make. So I think that's kinda where we are. We can open it up for questions. I think the one question that often comes up, Barbara there's a few questions, especially with regards to Unisys and airlines. So first, let's start with Java. Right? So you've supported with reflection for the web and so forth. You've had airlines and Unisys additions and so forth. So for SecureOS access going forward, any Java required on the client side? No Java required at all. It is a Java based application that runs on a server, but there are no dependency for the web based product. There are no dependencies at all, Java or anything else. They'll run-in any modern browser, but there's definitely no Java dependencies whatsoever. So, yep. Great question. And then thank you. And then I know because I work on the desktop side more than the web and that the, you know, Unisys airline support in Securus to access desktop client is broad. Right? What about on the, website? Yeah. So we have it airlines? We do support Unisys and airlines. We support the standard connection to the standard Unisys mainframe. Right? So that would be, I can't remember. It's it's a telnet connection over to, the MCP system. And then for, for the thin client on, going to a Dorado system, that's a UTS connection. We support out of the box like int one. That's that's generally what most customers are looking for. There are a couple of airline GDS protocols that we don't support yet. We do support ALC, the terminal type. We certainly support a UTS terminal type. We support int one. We support mat tip. But there could be an obscure one there that we just haven't done yet because we, don't know of any customers that absolutely need it. So this kinda goes back to, you know, get in touch with us. Let us know what we're missing if we're missing something for you. I will say that if you are looking at going if you're an airlines customer and you're looking at going from Infokinect to Securus access, the we in Securus access, we don't do airlines printing. So you'll still need PTR from the InfoConnect family, to do that printing for you. It's it's we're we're thinking about it. I'm just not sure that there's a real reason to do it. But, anyway, that's that's about the only thing that I can think of. We do standard printing. Oh, I apologize. One thing we do not do in the thin is t 27 printing. I have a a lovely customer in Costa Rica, one of my favorite countries, and I know they need a t 27 printing. So it's on my road map, but we do do UTS printing. So, so that's probably the only thing from the thin perspective that we don't do today that I know for a fact is needed. So Okay. But, again, this is about transparency. Right? Reach out to us. We need to kinda know what are you using, and then if you do an evaluation, what isn't in there that you would need? I mean, we're we're open to that. We can even have a conversation and just talk about how you use InfoConnect today so that so that we have, you know, so that we can understand if all of that is in, Securest Access for you. Another question, regarding, multifactor authentication and so forth. So you start getting into these standards, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and those types of things. How much do we need to provide in that equation? And you covered that a little bit in your diagram, your topology diagram slide, and so forth. But can you go into a little more detail about what we provide and then what, you know, is provide you know, part of the infrastructure that the organization has? Yeah. So what we do in the server side is we integrate with that IAM. So a great example that wasn't covered in my picture is Intra. Right? Intra is the micro oh, sorry. Microphone because I'm doing well. Microsoft way of multifactor authentication. Right? That's a a a great description of something. So we do that via OIDC. Mhmm. So we are specification based, and that's how we connect to the IAM vendor, the whatever it is you're using, whether that is I mean, I could name 500 of them, but you might be using ping or or, for example, intra, Azure AD, those kind of things. And so that we connect to it via a specification. That's why we don't I haven't met an IAM we don't connect to yet. There's a possibility. I'm not I never say a 100%, but, because we are specification based, we help you configure via that protocol, which is like OIDC or SAML to connect into that IAM. And then we rely on the IAM to do everything else. So if the IAM is configured to do single sign on, then we get the luxury of doing single sign on with that IAM. So Thank you. And it that's great. And then and then, is it safe to say I mean, based on the conversations you're having and I'm having with customers lately, that at some point, there's gonna be a regulatory mandate that, requires organizations to move to multifactor authentication even for their host systems and and data? Yeah. I so I, again, I mean, I I make this pretty generic. They don't care where your data is. They care that you are doing multifactor before accessing that data. The data can be personally identifiable data. It can be IP, for crying out loud. Do you really want your IP gotten to via a a a username and a password? I mean, that's your own safeguards. Right? It could be credit card information. It's really about safeguarding information, and they don't care where that data is. And the regulations are coming out that says you gotta do, well, it's coming out in two ways. You gotta do better than a username and a password. But, really, where they're going is you gotta do multifactor authentication, in in order to to fulfill that obligation from a regulatory compliance perspective. Now where you do that, you know, is debatable. Right? If you can add a if you can add multifactor to the front end and they have to clear that before they get to that host connection, then you are safeguarding your mainframe regardless of what type it is with both like after authentication. And and that's what we're here for. Right? We're trying to help stitch the dots because today, you have an IAM in your organization, and then you have an IAM on your mainframe, whether that is Unisys or IBM or Tandem or an airline's GDS, there's an IBM. There's a sorry. There is an IAM there that dictates your credentials and your authorization because both are very important. Right. And and we haven't talked about that a lot. Right? We've talked about authentication, multi factor authentication. But all of these regulations are coming out with the principle of least privilege, which means you should not see any sensitive data without having a legitimate need to do so based on your role in your organization. I mean, think about credit cards. Right? Who in an organization should see the full credit card number? Really? Hardly anybody. Yeah. The last four should be able to where you can connect those dots, but they shouldn't see the entire number. That's exactly what we're talking about. Not only do you have to protect that with multifactor, but even if they multifactor in, do they have a role in your organization that requires them to see the entire credit card number? So Right. Right. No. Great background. Thank you. Yes. Security is very much part of every organization's modernization journey journey, especially with legacy systems.
