Alright. So looks like we've got a decent number of people here. I've got some housekeeping for everyone, and then I'll hand it over to our fearless leaders. Hi, everyone. I'm Rebecca Dilsey. I'm the director of solution and customer marketing for the mod portfolio at RocketSoftware, and that includes all our heritage emulators as well as Rocket Secure Host Access. We will be, taking questions at the end of the webinar, so feel free to put them into the q and a section, of the the user interface, and we'll get to them at the end. If we don't get to them, we'll definitely follow-up directly afterwards. And then we're gonna save about three minutes or so at the end of this webinar, to share with you all a survey that we'd love your feedback on everything, that you hear today. And, so we'd appreciate any of that feedback you can provide. And with that, I'm gonna hand it over to Barbara and Chris. Awesome, Rebecca. Thanks so much. Hello, everybody. Thanks for joining today. My name is Chris Loll. I'm a product manager here at Rocket. And joining me today is Barbara Ballard, also product manager at Rocket, and we're here to discuss the Reflection Desktop and InfoConnect Desktop products and, kind of the upgrade path that we have for them going forward as well as a, product life cycle update. So, you know, we've been formulating new policies for product life cycle over the past few weeks, months here. Wanna share those with you as well. So, that's part of the agenda. We wanna start with, a little bit of background, kinda get on the same page as to, which products we're talking about and where they came from, what the path forward looks like. So we made an announcement recently about Secure Host Access, our new Secure Host Access solution, which is very exciting, and we wanna share you, share with you some details about the new, product. I mentioned the product life cycle. So we've been operating under different life cycles from our heritage companies for some time now, and we've been bringing together the policies from the various organizations, you know, bringing that forward and, and and curating those into a new set of life cycle policies that we think will be, beneficial to you going forward. Very beneficial. Wanna talk a little bit about, you know, what our commitment to you is with regards to, supporting supporting our older products, our heritage products, as we move forward with our new secure host access solution. And, of course, we'll take questions, as well. Also wanted to, you know, present this disclaimer. Information we're sharing here is mainly for informational purposes. You know, we're trying to make sure we're accurate in what we're conveying today. Sometimes we do make mistakes, but, hopefully, everything here today will be, the the actual truth. Okay. So with that, let's start with a little bit of historical background. Let's I I like this this graphic or illustration because it really tells the history of where we've come from and where these products that you've used, for many, many years, where they came from and how we got to where we are today. And, Barbara and I have been around for thirty plus years each in the industry and with these various, some of these companies that you see on the screen represented on the screen here. Today, we're focused on a couple of our emulators. And under the Rocket portfolio, we have, you know, 15 we talk about 15 to 20 emulators now after all the merger acquisitions. I'm I'm sure if we looked at, the companies, you know, that that you all work for, you probably have a similar sort of history, and you could probably probably put together a similar graphic, you know, for all the merger acquisition and consolidation that's happened in the various industries. But today, we're gonna focus on kind of the host access terminal emulation industry and the Reflection and InfoConnect products and where they came from. So if you look back in time, Reflection was a product for the, HP 3,000 terminal emulation industry back in the nineteen eighties. That's when Reflection started under, company called WRQ. And then, AttachMate bought an, company called, Digital Communications Associates back around 1994, and that's where the Infokunnect brand came from. And then, Attachment WRQ came together in 2005 and brought together the Reflection and Infokunnect brands. Later, we were, merged with Micro Focus and and OpenText and now Rocket Software. And we're very happy to be with Rocket Software now, and we've got some very exciting news to share with you today. So, hopefully, you know, you look at this illustration, you probably, recognize several, you know, past company names. You may recognize some brand names, of terminal emulators, that you've used in the past, hopefully. But nice, just a fun little, you know, drive through history here. And then with that, I'll turn it over to Barbara for a few minutes. Thanks, Chris. Yeah. So, Chris, as Chris mentioned, Chris and I have been around for over thirty years. I only joined the company when I was 10. So, so that kinda tells you where I am in my career. And, you know, it so so just let me take a minute here because, you know, you have all been customers for a very long time. And like I just mentioned, I've been an employee for a really long time, and mergers happen. Right? That's just part of business today. And Chris and I have been through plenty. But what I wanna tell you is that this one's different. And I and and it really is a heartfelt message. You as my customer are in a much better place being under Rocket Software Software, And I, as an employee, are in a much better place being under Rocket Software Software. And I and I really will tell you, Rocket Software is a customer focused company. They care about what you think. They care about what you say, and they care about what you do. And we're here to help you. And, and part of that is modernization. Right? And and it's kind of a buzzword, and you can apply that to a million different things. But for me, in my world, I apply that to security. I think thirty years ago when we started down the road with a terminal emulator replacing a dumb terminal, it's completely different now when we have fake workers and AI doing work for soon to be hackers. And it's just it's just an onslaught of regulatory compliance. We'll talk about that in a minute. But things have changed. And so for me, that's what modernization means is is helping you as my customer fit into modernizing your IT infrastructure with the products that you have known, trusted, and and, and depended on for a long time. So, and finally, what I will say and and and I'll be honest. When I joined Rocket, I wasn't really comfortable with these words, empathy, humanity, trust, and love. And and they kinda sound a little bit cheesy with me. But what I will tell you is Rocket walks the walk. They don't just talk the talk. And I maybe I drank the Kool Aid. I don't know. But I'm here. I love it here, and I hope you as my customer will love it here. So you are in great hands, and I hope you'll see some really good information, in this presentation. And I hope you will trust us to have the conversation. If you're uncomfortable with some of the things that are happening, let us know. If you see value in it, let us know. If you don't see something that you want, let us know. So the conversation is open, and I hope we start that conversation today. Thank you, Barbara. Sounds great. Let's talk about the path ahead. I think this is you again, Barbara. Yeah. One of my favorite slides. So I'm not gonna bore you with statistics, but this kind of tells you what the state of security is and compliance with with, regulatory mandates out there. And it just really as I kinda said in my opening, it's we're in a new world. We're in a world where, we've just never had this much coming at us at one time in the security environment, and I don't think that it's gonna stop anytime soon. In fact, I think it's gonna continue to ramp up. These are statistics that came mostly from IBM, and and they're really important to think about because I think today, organizations are amped up on security. Everybody's doing multi factor authentication. Everybody knows, you know, you gotta use encryption. You gotta make sure that it's the right user accessing the right applications, and that they shouldn't do that unless they have a need to do that based on their role in your organization. But where the lines get blurry is how do I do all that and include the mainframe in there? And that's what we're here to talk about. That's why we've been spending time on the product that we're talking about today, which is secure host access, because we understand that need. You have to be able to bring that main frame, whether it's zOS or an I series, even a Unisys mainframe, or even an airline's GBS to bring that into the fold of IT security, to leverage what you're already doing in house for all the other important, high value systems you're using to bring the mainframe or the host based access into that same thing. So that's really this is just setting the stage to for you to to help you understand why we're doing what we're doing. These are the statistics, but this conversation started about ten years ago with some very large federal government customers who had been breached and needed to make sure that they were securing all access to all high value targets. I talk about a high value target. I'm really talking about where's your data at? Where's that credit card data? Where's that personally identifiable data? Where's that IP? They needed to protect that. It didn't come out of the, you know, marketing thinking we, oh, let's go do that because that'll sell. Or sales saying, hey. I you know, I can sell that. Let's go create that. Or even product management saying, hey. You know, I think that'd be a cool product. It came out of the need from customers just like you. So as we talk about that today, keep that in mind because that's the reason why we think you're gonna find value in this solution going forward, and you're willing to upgrade your reflection desktop and info connect desktop in order to meet some security mandates that are coming down the road. I think it's going back to you, Chris. Yep. Thank you, Barra. Yep. That's great. Absolutely true. Security is so key now, and that's why we put together this new solution called Secure Host Access. Hopefully, you've received some information, you know, notifications, communications about it from us. We've been sending out some, email notifications. We issued a press release a few months back to announce, the availability of Secure Host Access, which is our security first terminal emulator. Terminal emulation solution really is is really what I should how I should talk about it. So it's a single solution with three tiers. There's the pro tier, the enterprise tier, and the anywhere tier. And you're pretty familiar with the, the pro tier probably because you're using, Reflection Desktop or InfoConnect desktop today. That's really the desktop terminal emulator. Contains, you know, standard features for security like TLS and SSH encryption. Some of you are probably using the enterprise tier today, but, it's, you know, in its prior incarnation called management and security server where you're, you know, doing central management of your thick client terminal emulation terminal emulators, you know, from a from a central location and enabling and and that has enabled things like multi factor authentication and single sign on. And, of course, as Barbara said, these are things that, a lot of organizations are, you know, haven't had to worry about in the past, but are now really taking the tires on looking at very seriously implementing things like multifactor authentication, to mainframe systems and other types of host systems because there are regulatory mandates, you know, mandating that. And then so the enterprise tier is really the management of thick client and then the Anywhere tier adds web based terminal emulation. And with that, you get a, you know, central management console and that manages that enables you to manage both your thick and thin, your desktop and web terminal emulation clients. And so, this is really what is going to help organizations adhere to the various, regulatory mandates that are now, you know, that are now that have been enacted in the various regions around the world, for various industries and, it's, you know, again, it's alphabet soup. Right? It's it's PCI DSS, it's HIPAA, it's, it's GDPR, SOX, NIS two has come up quite a bit lately. Just so many others as well. The New York state ones. California has some, you know, state mandated, sensitive data protection sorts of, regulatory mandates that they've enacted over the past couple of years. So, a lot of things to, you know, pay attention to and make sure that your, systems are protected, for for those mandates. And then I'll turn it back over to you, Barbara. Yeah. It's like you already took the slide, Chris, but thank you. Yeah. Right. Good lead in. So so I so this is kind of the setup to understand Secure Host access. So it is it is really coming from two different places. The first place on the left hand side is coming from that ability to leverage what you already have going on in your enterprise. So today, you use an IAM. I mean, I'm talking as if I know you, but, honestly, I do. I talk to many of you every day, and and your organization is not very much different than my organization, Rocket. You use an IAM today to validate that you are who they know you are, that you are a, person in their organization, and you have proven your identity. That's what IAM is all about. So think about how you access other applications in your environment that are not mainframe applications, any web application. Right? So you're challenged. You're challenged for your it could be your username and your password. It probably is multiple factors. So here at Rocket, we use Okta, and I'm challenged every day when I log in to my system for my user ID and my password and for my, code that I get off of my phone. So that is a one time code, and it's time limited. So that is right there, two factor or multi factor authentication. You're doing that today. What we're doing is helping you use that same technology to log in to the mainframe, to help you secure that mainframe access. If you think about the mainframe, the mainframe itself has and I'm gonna talk zOS here just because it's easier to just pinpoint on one, but all mainframes have the same thing, just not the same words. When you log in to z o s, you're talking about rack f or ACF two or top secret. It's a completely other IAM system. So what we're trying to do is bring your IAM in the enterprise and put that right squarely in front of the mainframe to ensure that you have more layers of defense. This is called defense in-depth. So that a bad guy has to get through multiple layers before they can get to the crown jewels, which is your important data. Remember, that could be IP, could be credit card information, personally identifiable information. Whatever it is, it's what they want. So that's really the left hand column to help you do that. The right hand column is what Chris was just talking about, this onslaught of regulatory compliance. I can't keep up with it to keep the slides all up to date, but we're talking about a ton of stuff that's going on. And, really, since the the, beginning of twenty twenty five, it has just picked up overwhelmingly. So, rather that's new regulatory compliance like the, one in New York State, financial services that is now requiring multifactor authentication or an update to ones that we've always had around, but they've moved from best practices to mandates. And that a great example of that is PCI DSS. Just, in March, it was saying that's a best practice. You really should do multi factor authentication. You really need to do multifactor in a couple of scenarios. Well, turn the page to April 1 and no, it wasn't a April fools joke. April 1, it now becomes you have to. You have to do multifactor authentication in order to protect credit card information. There's a ton of regulations out there like that. The ones that don't necessarily call for multifactor, I think it's probably coming. HIPAA's one of those. But they do call out for strong authentication, and I think that's really important that we all get our heads around what strong authentication is. Strong authentication, friends, is not a username and a eight character case insensitive password, which a lot of mainframe organizations are using to get to the mainframe. They're doing that because that's the way it's always been. Nobody can hack the mainframe. Even if they get in, they can't do anything. We've heard all of that. Regulatory mandates have changed that game. It doesn't matter where the data is. If the data is on your mainframe, you absolutely have to comply with those regulatory compliance. So even if you thought the mainframe, which is secure, which I would challenge you there, and I think we all need to rethink that, it the mandates make it a different picture. So you have to update your game. Right? And that's why we've introduced secure host access. So let's go to the next slide. Let's took a little bit, look at what it looks like. This is a market texture diagram, so don't get carried away with, you know, thinking where the pipes are running underneath. For you, my reflection and desktop and my info connect desktop customers, that left hand side is the same emulator you've been using for years. We just changed the name. If there's something I want you to take away from today is if you are on the current version, which is version 18, there's been a couple of service packs. Really, the only thing that's gonna change for you in this thick client emulator is the name of the product, which becomes Securals access, and the colors are gonna go from blue to purple. It's already been branded Rocket, and so you're already used to that. So those are the two changes you're gonna see. But with that said, the entire solution really adds value and really becomes a player when you think about all the other things I've talked about from the security realm. So what we do is we introduce a mid tier server. That's the box in the middle, and it has the ability. Nothing goes through it, so don't don't panic about, like, performance. There's no throttling here. It just has the ability to integrate with your IAM. So think about how you log in to Windows today. That's what it's integrating with. That same logging in process will be required to get to your host screen. Now that might scare you. Right? Because, oh my gosh. One more one more login process. Nope. You probably use a single sign on technology like, you know, Kerberos, Okta, where it really only gets you to sign in once. We we play in all of that game because we integrate with your IAM. So that single sign on technology, we can we can use that as well. We integrate with that as well. So it doesn't mean they will be prompted, but it does mean that they will be authenticated. So we go through that, and then kind of the coolness here, is that we can also do that on the back end. So I talked about an eight character case insensitive password. You can get rid of your reliance on that because our product can, integrate with a couple of different components on the mainframe and, yes, any mainframe. So not just zOS, but in zOS, we integrate with DCAS as well as zMFA, both IBM products, and we can make that user experience way better and way more secure because we can instead of that eight character password, we can use a one time time limited token. And that's really important because that makes the security really cool. And taking it end to end, if I'm using a time limited one time ticket on the front end and I'm using a different time limited one time ticket on the back end. Yeah. It's really hard to get more secure than that. So that really is what we're doing and why. You as a customer likely already own the front end. We need you to be current, but then your transition to secure host access on the on the client side at the desktop time will be pretty seamless. Alright. Chris, back to you. And I hope I didn't steal yours because I might have. Talking about seamless. Sorry. You stole my thunder? Yeah. Yeah. Thanks, Barbara. So, it's a it's a relatively seamless upgrade, from the products we're talking about here. So Reflection Desktop and InfoConnect Desktop serve as the DNA for secure host access, the desktop client. You know, what that means is we yes. We started with that code base and, you know, the reflection InfoConnect code base and built secure host access on top of it, the desktop client. And so that means the Secure Host Access desktop client can run all user configurations, the ones that you've created over time, your users and your administrators have created over time, whether it's sessions, macros, toolbars, menus, keyboard maps. I mean, the list is lengthy. Right? Layouts, all sorts of different, configurations and custom configurations that users have created. Therefore, the upgrade experience is is relatively seamless, like when you install Secure Host Access desktop client and you have Reflection Desktop on that machine on that same machine, the the Secure Host Access desktop client will recognize that install program, will recognize Reflection is installed, and it'll upgrade it appropriately. It'll remove Reflection desktop. It'll add the Secure Host Access desktop client, and then it'll just use all the same configure configuration files that exist on that machine for that end user. So pretty seamless upgrade overall. And like Barbara said, the differences are mainly the company name, the product name, and the colors. I kinda like the new colors, you know, the purple purplish pink, hues are very nice. And then this screenshot that I've got on the right here, you can see that this is you might recognize this because it it's the same in in InfoConnect, and Reflection Desktop. Right? It's got the, run macro panel up, and then it shows you can run an extra macro. You can run a ROMBA macro. You can run a IBM PCOM macro. You can run a host explorer macro. So, yeah. Very, very easy to, move. It should be very easy to move from Reflection Desktop, InfoConnect Desktop to, the Secure Host Access, product. And then let's talk okay. So that's kind of moving from Reflection Desktop, InfocConnect desktop to, you know, upgrading to the Skuero's access desktop client. And we also wanted to talk a bit today about, you know, product life cycle. Because what do all these changes, you know, mean to, how we support the product going forward and the different products going forward? So let's, have Barbara cover this. Let's start with this. Alrighty. So you most likely received the email telling you that reflection desktop and info connect desktop are moving into what we're calling maturity on July 2. You should have received that notification earlier this month. First of all, you're in good hands, so please don't worry about that. Right? What we we just have to we have to make sense in in our back end with development, and we have to do the right thing by all of our customers. And so what we wanna do here is focus our innovation on secure host access so that we can take you to the next place in your security journey. That's what's really important. But at the same time, kinda like I told you on one of my first slides, Rocket's got your back. Right? So we're not leaving you. We're not first of all, if there's anything you take away from this slide, read that bottom line. Maturity does not mean end of life. I will tell you, Rocket does not do end of life. So we've got your back. What it does mean is coming in July year is we will move to more of a bug fix and security patch type of environment. Annual service packs, for example, will probably be what you get going forward. We still have your back. So if something emergency happens, like Log four j or I mean, I can name a couple of them. If that happens, we're there. We gotcha. We'll get it. We'll handle it, and we'll get you something right away. So that does not change. What is changing is all the big innovations. And frankly, when you think about it, you know, what kind of big innovations do you need on your thick client emulator? The emulations really about the security journey going forward. But a great example is if we if if and when TLS one dot four comes out, that likely will be done against secure host access, not against reflection desktop and info connect desktop because that is an innovative and innovative type of feature, and we wanna do those things only in one product going forward. And and by the way, just in case you're wondering, this same message is being given to every emulation products customer. So it's not, we're just starting with you because we know you well, and we wanna make sure that you get this information today so that you can plan going forward. But what I want you to know is we got your back. We'll do the right thing. We'll take care of you. Support's always open. We'll be able to walk you through whatever you need, and we can help you with the upgrade. So we're not leaving you stranded. It just means that we're moving into more of a a sustaining engineering type of environment with Reflection Desktop and InbookNet desktop, where we give you patches and we give you security updates, but we don't innovate against the product. And that all starts a year from now. Awesome. Alright. So, our goal and we have these conversations pretty frequently with regards to, you know, customers inquiring as to what the product life cycle plan is. And, you know, I think most of our customer base is used to being able to go to a, you know, single, website, plug in their product name, and then see what the life cycle when the product was released, what phase of the life cycle it's in. We haven't had that yet at Rocket, and so we've been, you know, spending quite a bit of time discussing, you know, putting together product life cycle policies that make sense, going forward. How can we make them, you know, better for our customers. And, so we've even we've just been working on that for some time, and it's it's taking a little bit longer than, than I expected, honestly. And then thank I wanna thank folks, customers for their patience, but, we are going to our plan right now is to publish our new product life cycle, policies, by August 1. So about a week, you know, within a week from now, for the connectivity, you know, business in the AppMod division of, Rocket. So those are coming. They're new and improved. Right? So, first of all, you'll be able to access them very easily. I think you just go to the forum, register your email address, and then you have access to the information from the docs, platform, the docs.rocketsoftware.com platform. The Rocket product team, you know, we're providing frequent communications by many channels. Hopefully, you've received an email. Hopefully, you've, you know, been able to access information you need or gotten information, in one of our communications regarding, either secure host access or changes, you know, to the product life cycle. You know, Barbara talked about the maturity phase and so forth of of, the products that are, we're talking about here today. You know, PLCs previously were not consistent or made public across all host access emulators, and we're moving in that direction, with the latest, product life cycle policies. And just to give you a quick highlight because, there will be some additional changes between now and when we finally publish these, but the the goal is to do, is to publish, the product life cycle with these, the following three phases. So general availability, years one to three, and, of course, we'll have various, services support services that we offer during that time including, you know, bug fixes and and, phone support, that type of thing. And then years four and five, products will go into or product versions, I should should say, will go into a limited support phase, for a couple of years. And, of course, that'll, when limited support means it'll be, you know, reduced number of services of support and during that time frame. And then, restricted support will be for six year year six and beyond. So that's that's a, you know, very high level look at kind of what the product life cycle stages will be when we publish them. And then we'll, be providing additional product life cycle information, more detailed information on the website, you know, when we get those published. So just wanna make that point. And then, our commitment to you so this is an important, you know, set of bullet points as well. So we've talked a bit about, you know, these products, how they're gonna continue to be supported. That is a 100% true. We always pick up the phone pretty much no matter what the support team does to answer questions about, these products and that'll continue to be the case. You know, we're gonna move customers. Customers are gonna wanna move to Secure Host Access. One thing we talk about in all of the, webinars that we have on Secure Host Access, and we've done quite a few, is that customers are coming to us and saying, they they need us to help them protect their their host applications. A lot of times it's mainframe, sometimes AS 400, you know, a lot of times it's UNIX Linux systems, might even be Unisys systems. And we we have to find ways, right, to help them adhere to those, those mandates they're having. Sometimes it's internal security mandates. Most of the time, it's it's honestly a regulatory mandate from, you know, some some, government organization or an industry organization. So we're trying to help folks do that. So you can move your own pace, you know, to secure host access. We think, that migration will happen, you know, faster because of those drivers that I just mentioned. And we're gonna be here to support you through, your and our modernization journey. Right? It's it's we've been on this journey together. You saw the first graphic illustration of of kinda we've been working together with a lot of you for thirty plus years. And, you know, we're we wanna make sure that your host systems stay protected and that we're delivering on the, you know, capabilities in our products that you need in order to, you know, be successful with protecting your host systems. And then, Barbara, I think you were gonna take over. Yep. So, so, as we said earlier when we kinda talked about the maturity model, it's secure host access that will provide that innovative road map for things you may need in the future, things you may not even know that you actually need. I mean, depending on where you are in your organization, you may be just sitting behind the the emulator or you might be one who deploys the emulator. It is been shocking for me when the conversations I've had that it is somebody from the cyber team that comes in and says, oh my gosh. Yeah. We we actually need this. And not only do we need it, but we didn't know there was a way to do it. So, so things are are changing fast, but that's where the innovation will take place. I also the one thing I don't think we covered and it kinda came to my mind and it might have been, as I read some of the questions, which I shouldn't read ahead. Anyway, what I wanna say to you is that, again, we have your back. We're not forcing you to move. Okay? So I want you to know that this that's not what this is. We believe you will find value in this journey, and almost and maybe every customer I've spoke to to date does. Some part of their organization are saying, oh my gosh. Right? So, so so people are gonna move. But but this is not a forced move. You can retain your latest emulator. You will be, you will need to live by all the normal rules with your you need to keep on current version and that kind of thing. But we we respect your decision to stay on what you have. So I want you to know that. Product life cycle policies are better than ever. And the reason why I can say that is because I'm talking to you, my customers that have been through Attachmay Attachmay WRQ, Micro Focus, OpenText. They were not so hot, right, as we left OpenText. They are great now, and that's because because customers matter to Rocket. Not disrespecting the other companies, but I will tell you Rocket cares about who you are, what you do, and the products that you own. So, with that said, we don't always get everything right out of the shoots. We're trying to do everything we can to make this product life cycle good for you, but there's always work to do, and we always wanna hear your feedback. So we are supplying here a email address that you can contact us. There's a few people in back of that. Chris and I are two of them. We want your feedback. We wanna know, you know, is what it's working for you and what's not working for you. So please don't hesitate to do that. But also understand that when you see the product life cycle for the first time, if you have concerns or reservations, let us know. It doesn't mean it's the final thing. Anytime you do something this big for so many people, there's work to do, as you evolve it going forward. But we think it's a pretty good product life cycle. We think you'll actually see it as a real benefit to you as being part of Rocket. I think that's kind of it for me, Chris, and I think we might be moving on to questions. You are correct. Woo hoo. And there's that alias again for Great. Anybody that has any questions, later. You can always send to that email inbox. Yeah. Do we have any questions, Rebecca? Yeah. We have several about they're just asking, you know, they heavily use some advanced functionalities within the product they already have. Are they gonna have the ability to do that? Should they worry about something, quote, unquote, breaking if they move over to Secure Host Access? I didn't know if you wanted to address that. Yeah. I'll take that first, Chris, and then you can follow-up. But totally get the anxiety. Right? Very fair. And you you and it's coming about naturally because you've had that problem before when you moved from a product to Reflection Desktop or InfoConnect Desktop. Totally valid. The sweetness here, and I can tell you this, I can't tell just every customer If you are on current version, that is the DNA for this product. So there really shouldn't be disruption. You should be able to click on install Securos access if you're and I'm it's important that you're on conversion. And it should upgrade you seamlessly. And all the things that you created in the past, if they worked in the current version, they should continue to work in secure access. I know it's hard for you to believe that, but, really, in this case, that's true. And I would have put it out there if I didn't believe that verbally. So, Chris, I'm sure you got something to add there because you're the kind of the thick glank guy. But Yeah. And I the the concern I hear most is, you know, are my macros going to continue to run? Because automations, people don't wanna recreate them. They run a lot of business processes. Once you create them, a lot of times they're they end up running mission critical business processes, you know, that can't be stopped, and and there's disruption if those no longer work. And so the, you know, the macros and other types of automations, we talked about Halopy, you know, other types of, application programming interface, platforms. Those all, you know, are continuing to be supported in Secure Host Access desktop client and, therefore, for Reflection Desktop info customers very, easy to continue, you know, using those, custom macros and other configurations they've created with the Secure Host Access desktop client. So, yeah, it's, it's it's should be relatively seamless as we covered earlier. So Okay. We have What else, Rebecca? Yeah. We have a couple of questions. So maybe a reminder on when that maturity status starts? That would be July 2. Great. Another question around sorry. Go ahead. Sorry. So so we sent out the communicate so a lot of times, you know, we you you talk to folks, and the folks that you're talking to didn't necessarily receive the communication. But there was an email notification that went out, July 2, I think, of of this year. So a couple weeks ago, we sent that out that announced that the maturity was gonna start on 07/02/2026. So we're trying to give customers at least a year notice about this and and that's kind of the goal there. But, so so hopefully, you got that communication. That's that's the point, I guess. And we'll be sending out reminder communications through the app throughout the year. So it's not gonna just be we send out the communication in July, and then you're not gonna hear from us again until it goes into maturity. We're gonna send reminders to make sure this is, oh, you're aware of it. And in case you didn't see the first email, hopefully, you'll see the second or the third. Alright. We have a couple of questions around Secure Host Access Enterprise, specifically. So there's questions around being able to connect to VSI open VMS servers. There's questions also around kind of counting and limiting the number of simultaneous mainframe connections or any metered based kind of configurations? So I'll take the metering one. I'm just kinda going off what you're saying and and what I know the answers to. So from a metering perspective, yes. This so that mid tier secure host access enterprise can, keep track of the, who's connecting and where. From a enforcement standpoint, it only does that on, concurrent licensing. So and an example of that is if you're licensed for concurrent users and you have a 100 of them and you configure the mid tier server to enforce that, then when the 101 user comes in, he will be he will be turned away and told to contact his administrator. So that kind of metering is in that product, but the enforcement is only for concurrent. But you can run reports to find out, you know, who's accessing. So that that's helpful when you are trying to understand who was using your software. So I hope that answers that. Oh, the I saw the one on BT over SSH and absolutely Securus access supports that just like reflection desktop and in BookNet desktop did. Yep. So that is yep. That that answer is simple and yes. The the, webinar is being recorded, so that was a question that came up. Yep. There's also one, is there a stated end of life for future years? Yeah. That's a great so, I just will tell you, we don't we, Rocket, does not do end of life per se like you might have experienced that before. What we do do, and that makes sense, and this is where you'll see this in the product life cycle, is we do expect you to be on current version. But these products have a life going forward. Again, it won't be an innovative life. It will be a it will be a fix and security patch type of life going forward. But it they have we get it. Right? You're big customers. You've been using the product for a long, long time. We're not walking away from you. So I would say, I can't I can't commit to ten years from now, but there is no end of life in sight. I don't see that happening, and that isn't what Rocket does for a living. But we do expect you to keep current version. That's important. We're not going to patch previous versions. We want you to be on the current version. So I hope that answered that question. And and I would say, Barbara, that we have in prior companies, end of life products. So there will be some situations when you look at the product life cycle that we publish, and there may be a product that we end of life, you know, a long time ago that, that we did under a prior, you know, organization. Right? So Yep. Just just be we're not we're not bringing back products that were end of life under a different Yeah. Sorry. Company. So that'd be no. No. That's good. Okay. And the question was specific to Reflection Desktop, so that's why I was trying to answer it. But that's fair because No. Absolutely. Might not see that question. So So there's a question here. It says, will the move to secure host access affect reflection desktop for x 64 bit and reflection for secure IT app? No. That's a great question. So the x question is, is a good one, and we have multiple x solutions in our portfolio. So you may be aware we have ReflectionX, which is in Reflection Desktop for x. We have Exceed. We have Exceed TurboX. And, you'll be able to, as a Reflection Desktop for x customer, be able to use, either Reflection Desktop for X or Xcede going forward. There's a newer product, a modernized remote access solution called Xcede Turbo X that may also figure requirements, that, you know, that we can have a discussion about. But those are your options going forward. I think we would prefer, you know, organizations that have x today, x requirements to move to exceed. But you can continue using Reflection Desktop for x if you if you have it in place. So that's that's not a problem. There's And also And you also mentioned RSET. I just wanna make sure did you cover RSET, Chris? Yeah. I just wanna make sure. Alright. So Reflection thank you. So Reflection for Secure IT is a completely separate product. It's branded Reflection, you know, just like Reflection Desktop, but it's an SSH it's a a family of SSH clients and servers and, those are unaffected by the Secure Host Access, solution by our announcement and are coming to market going to market with Secure Host Access. Okay. We have a question around the pricing for Secure Host Access. I we would recommend that you talk to your account manager if you want any, specifics on the pricing, and and we'll host it have a conversation directly. Looking through there's a question around timing to upgrade or what does upgrading look like? That's a that's a great question. Timing. Because it may maybe we didn't cover that. So so my advice to you as a product manager is if this is something that you see value in, then I would start looking at it today. And the reason why I say that is if your upgrade path is sooner than later, then you will not see much difference. If you, for example, don't upgrade for two years, then the secure host access desktop client might not necessarily look different, but it might have features that have changed. So the product itself may be different than you, are thinking it would be. Today and and I'm gonna repeat this because it's so important. Today, if you are on current version of reflection desktop or info connect desktop, you will only see the colors change to purple and the product name change and, of course, being branded rocket. Really, that's the only change. All of your stuff should work. The architecture is exactly the same. The product is the DNA. But the farther you get away from that upgrade, the more differences they will there will be because that's where we're gonna innovate. That's where we're gonna make the changes is on secure host access. Not saying there will be drastic changes for you. I'm just saying that if there are some, that's where it's gonna take place. So the sooner you think about upgrading or just maybe even just getting the product in house and looking at it via a POC or an eval, the better off you are. Okay. Great.
