Hello, and welcome, everyone. Thank you all for joining us today. I am Evan Tackett. I am the product marketer here at Rocket. I look after, secure stack best and all of the other terminal emulators. We have an array, and I am happy to to be here. I am also joined by the principal product managers, Chris Loane and Barbara Ballard. We have a great session, and I think there's gonna be a lot of good information for everyone here. So I think I will go ahead and kick things off. First, the first, a little bit of housekeeping I wanna cover is, this should be an informative session. It should be engaging. And if you see that you have questions, if there's anything you would like to to bring up, please pass that along in the q and a panel. You're also welcome to chat, and we will see that. But I will likely save questions for the end. We have a a q and a session, but, if they seem to be relevant to what we're covering, I'll I'll try to raise them while we're talking so that it it is in line and, relevant to to the conversation. So, I think with that, I will go ahead and hand things off to Chris to get things going. Thank you very much, Evan. Hello, everybody. Let's take a look at what the agenda looks like. So, we recently announced the Secure Host Access product. So, we're gonna start with some historical background, kind of how we got to where we are today with, the company and the associated products, what the path forward looks like with Secure Host Access. Recently published a product life cycle. What are Rocket's life cycle policies, you know, with regards to our legacy terminal emulators, and then secure host access. We'll talk a little bit about, you know, how we're gonna support you through this transition to secure host access, and then we'll take questions, of course. Alright. So I'd like to, look at oh, first of all, let's talk about a disclaimer here. So some of the information you're gonna see today is, forward looking. So it could change. We're gonna do our best to, you know, tell you what is true and what is going to happen going forward with our products and and with Rocket. And, I'm sure some things will change, but, for the most part, we're gonna try to be, straight with you. And if you have any questions, feel free to let us know. So that's the disclaimer. Now let's look at the historical background. So this is my little, hamster tunnel ant farm diagram here. Tells, you know, how we got to where we are, what's our, you know, connectivity corporate journey. There's been a lot of merger acquisitions over the years. I'm sure those of you that are joining today work for companies that have been through sort of similar sort sorts of experiences, if you will, work for different companies, get acquired, and that's really what this, chart illustration represents. Right? So, some of us started working at different companies many years ago. I started working at AttachMate, Barbara and I. It was a few years ago. I'll just say that. And we've been through a lot of merger acquisitions. And you can see here are probably some companies company names you recognize, whether it's Hummingbird or WRQ or WALTDATA. We all had, you know, products in the terminal emulation market. There's thick client terminal emulation. And then in the nineties, you know, there was the whole thin client web browser based terminal emulation that came about, and that's really what we're here to talk about today. So the, the Reflection brand originally was a WRQ brand, and then AttachMate WRQ came together in, in 2000 around the 2005 time frame. And, and then the product, corresponding products were reflection, you know, thick client products around the windows, and then also reflection for the web. And so that's, really the topic of our discussion today, reflection for the web and then also, you know, how we're gonna, help customers get to the new product Secure Host Access. And now let's turn it over to Barbara to talk about some values that Rocket Software has. Yeah. Thanks, Chris. So as Chris indicated, he and I have been around for a while. He's been around longer than I have. I only joined the company when I was 10. So thirty years isn't a lot. But Chris and I were born at AttachMate, if you will, and transitioned through the company, and we're now with Rocket Software. And, you know, normally, a a company like ours, a size of ours, talks about their values. And, and I think that's really important, but this is a little bit different. So this is really, and I know it sounds like marketing stuff, but I I just really want you to know that this is really heartfelt from me to you. Rocket is a really great company and and through all the mergers and acquisitions that I've been through, I really feel at home here. I actually had thought about, even retirement. One more acquisition might just have been too much for me, but this is really a different company. And the reason why is it's not just their values, but it's also that they walk the walk and talk the talk. They're very customer focused, and it shows in every action that they take. And as a product manager, that's always been my goal is to be customer focused. I try to listen to what the pain points are. I try to make sure that you get what you need at the end of the day. But often, sometimes those, maybe, disagree with the company's goals. Right? It may be more revenue generated. And I I'll just tell you, and because you are a reflection of And I I'll just tell you, and because you are a reflection web reflection for the web customer, and I used to manage that product prior to Rocket, I'm just gonna you are in a really good place. So I just want you to know that. It's heartfelt for me. I know you've been through a lot. Many of you came from the attachment days when we had the advantage. You were moved to Rweb, and now we're asking you to move again. But I just want you to know that you're in a really good place. Rocket is a really good vendor for you as an emulation customer, and we got your back. And I think you're gonna see that through this presentation. Not only where we're going, but you know what? If there's not value for you going there, then we're we're gonna get got you back if you wanna stay on our web. So that's kinda my message to you. It's just it this is a really good place for you to be as a as a customer, and it's a really good place for for Chris and Evan and I to be as, employees. So I just wanted to share that with you. Alright. I think we're gonna talk about the path ahead, and I think that's me. So so I just wanna set the stage here, and none of this is gonna be new to you. Right? Most of you, don't use a terminal emulator in a in a in a, you know, enclosed space. Right? There's there's this stuff is out there everywhere. We're all everybody is talking about security. In fact, actually, over the thirty years that I've been doing this, there's been no time, like, is current. Right? We we started understanding threats about ten, eleven years ago when some of the big breaches happened. And, of course, the regulations flowed with it, but we're just kind of in a new era. And and when we talk about companies with a mainframe application, mainframes in their organization and when I say mainframe, sorry, I'm not just talking about z o s, but I could also be talking about a I series mainframe, Unisys mainframe. A lot of our customers connect VT to a Unix or a Linux system. It's any kind of back end platform. We actually, support a lot more. Unisys has some mainframes we connect to. A lot of my customers are airlines customers, and they connect to big GDSs. So, so anyway, in all of those markets, we're trying to help you protect that mainframe. And and when you think about the mainframe, we log into that. I mean, there's some places you don't even have a user ID and a password, password, but a lot of times it is just a user ID and a password. And if you look at some of these statistics on the board, and and the one I really stick the most with is that that middle one. 71%. This is just year over year, by the way. This has been increasing every time I do a presentation every year that, you know, there's a year over year increase. But just between 2023 and 2024, there was a 71% increase on the cyberattacks that used compromised credentials. There's lots of ways to get compromised credentials. You know, you can you can certainly hack in and get them. You can actually once you're in, you can actually download them. You can also buy them off the dark web. So they're really we're in this new area where users at user IDs and passwords just aren't enough anymore to protect valuable data. And there is, in my opinion, no more valuable data than the system of record, which is likely a mainframe system on the back end. So that's why you're here. That's why we're talking to you. And that's actually why we're introducing secure host access. I'm gonna talk a little bit about the product, but it's really based on this new cybersecurity climate that we're living in. And and I will tell you, you know, more is coming. Right? Not only more from a statistics purpose, but more from a mandate purpose, which I'll talk a little bit about. But also just AI is bringing a whole new game. Right? I mean, you you actually don't even if you are a hacker, you're gonna get better. And and if you're not, but you think it may be this lucrative, you're gonna be able to do more without having any knowledge than you used to. AI is a game changer. So, so I think there's lots of things that are gonna happen in this market over the next two years, and we're introducing this product in order to help you deal in that environment with your mainframe assets. So so that's really kind of the state of security and compliance, and now we're gonna talk a little bit about the product. Right. So thanks, Barbara. Yeah. That's great background information. So what we're, you know, bringing to market is, security first terminal emulation in the secure host access solution. Right? And, what this looks like is the way we're delivering this single solution is in three tiers. Right? So there's the pro tier, which includes desktop terminal emulation and basic security features like TLS 1.3, you know, encryption. There's some redaction for mainframe and a s 400 data. And then so that's kind of the the desktop terminal emulation in the pro tier. And then in the enterprise tiers where you in, is where you introduce or reintroduce centralized management. And once you have a central management capability, once that's deployed, then you have the ability to do things like integration with identity and axe identity and access management, IAM solutions. And you can enable things like multi factor authentication and single sign on. And you can manage, user sessions. An administrator can create sessions from a central location, deploy them to end users, you know, from a central location so the user doesn't have to do that themselves, take that time, training and so forth, to do that. So there's kind of the pro enterprise level. So the enterprise level includes the desktop terminal emulation plus the central management. And then the anywhere level or the anywhere tier includes all those things I just mentioned. So desktop terminal, emulation, central management, but then adds the thin client capability. Barbara's gonna talk a lot more about this, but, basically, you're gonna get the ability to to do web based terminal emulation, in addition to being able to do, emulation from a Windows desktop, you know, native thick client sorts of terminal emulation. And an administrator is going to be able to manage that real estate, that, host access real estate, or estate from the, that central location. Right? So thick and thin, all centrally managed. Multi factor authentication, single sign on enabled, and so forth. So that really addresses all of the security concerns that, you know, we're seeing in the market today. The, just user ID passwords. Right? You get multi factor authentication. You can integrate with some great, you know, multifactor authentication solutions and stuff, and and Barbara's gonna go into more detail in just a second here. But that's really just the single solution represented on a on a slide here with three different tiers. Now Barbara. Yeah. So, you know, this is, so moving from Rweb to so Rweb was a thin client, but it's a little bit of a different thin client than a zero footprint client because it was had a Java dependency on the desktop, and and it has things on the desktop that you were reliant on because it was an applet. It was a Java based applet. So that's a little that's a little closer to the desk top world, the thick client emulator than it is to a zero footprint. So I'll talk a little bit about that when I talk about what the upgrade looks like. But, but it is pretty rare, I think, that we see a an organization that can run on zero foot print alone. Normally, we need to build business logic around that emulator in some cases, in some of the use cases inside your organization. You were able to do that with our web. It's gonna be a little different with the thick client. So this is not exactly a web based to web based. But all the things that we have learned and our web was actually one of the introductory places where we started. Right? This product that we're talking to you about is was started about ten years ago out of AMC where you were doing business before we came over to Rocket. And it and it came actually out of a federal government customer that said, wow. The way I'm managing thin today is great, but I'd like to manage stick the same way. That was actually how the product was born. So that was the first step in it. And then the next step was these big breaches that happened, that made it very clear to everyone that user I need user IDs and password couldn't be the only way that you authenticated anymore. And some large federal government customers that did like the idea of managing thick and thin from the same place came to us and said, what are we gonna do? We have to change the way we authenticate here. We can't use usernames and passwords anymore. So how do we do that when we have a host? And so those really are the reasons this product was born. So it's not new. I know it looks new to you. It has a new name, but it was born out of, really our web to start with. Right? And then grew from there. So, the two sides of the value here, there's a lot more value, and I could talk about this stuff all day long. But, really, what we're trying to say to you is the real value is being able to integrate your IAM. Now you might be saying to me, well, I've been able to do that with our web all along. You're right. You have been able to, but you've never been able to do it with the thick client and, unless you use the predecessor products as well as our web. But now you can. That's what we're bringing to market. So you could easily integrate all of your host access needs, all of your terminal emulation access, thick and thin both through that IAM. That's great because it adds a layer of defense between that ne'er do well on the outside and your valuable host on the inside. On the right hand column, we're talking about the other reason why this really benefits customers, and that's because of this new tsunami of mandates that's coming out. We're all aware that security things that are happening out in the world, but you may not be aware of how many, regulations are coming out or how many of the ones that we've always known are upping their game. I mean, I actually I'm putting a presentation together at a at a security, seminar I'm going to in September. And so I did a little bit more research and holy cow. I just can't keep up with this stuff. There's new mandates coming out every day. So almost every state in The US has one. Over in Europe, we're dealing with DORA. They require multifactor. US federal mandates have gone from, usernames and password is not allowed to nope. Now it's got to be multifactor. PCI DSS is another great example. Right? Until March, it was the best practice to use multifactor. No longer a best practice. It is now a mandate. And we're hearing, that HIPAA will likely make the change before the end of this calendar year. We'll see if that happens or not, but it certainly would be in line with everything else I'm reading. So with that said, how do you protect your host access with multifactor authentication? That's why we're introducing secure host access. So what we're helping you do is use that multifactor in your enterprise to protect the access on the host. Now we've done a lot of work here. So this is different than what you have today, and there's more value. I mean, some of you may take this all the way to the end, and that could be. But I think there's value in here that most of you don't use. So so you have an emulator on that left hand side. In this case, it can be thick or thin. And I again, I'm gonna go into detail, but the thin insecure host access is zero footprint. No dependencies on the desktop, so that's important. And then the server in the middle, which is a little bit like your our web server, is that secure host access server, and its job is to integrate with the IAM. So think about Okta or PingFederated or whatever it is that you use out there today, we can integrate with that. And just that simple integration, and I don't mean to make light of the integration. I'm just saying that that adds a layer of defense. Right? So imagine when I'm launching a host session, I'm challenged by Okta for two factor authentication. That's what happens to me every day because Rocket uses Okta, and I'm challenged anytime I want to get to a high value asset, I'm challenged with two factor authentication. So that right there is helping you meet these mandates. Now we all know security is really important, but so is the user experience. So I can make it better than that. I if you're using an IAM that supports single sign on, and what I mean by that is you you authenticate once and then maybe for the day, maybe for the half a day, kind of depends on how you're configured. You're actually allowed to get into other high value assets without a reauthentication. That's called single sign on. We support that on the front end. So that just made it easier for your users to access, but it also made it stronger authentication because they only get to do that because they did rely on those enterprise credentials. Now we also have secret sauce to do that on the back end. I'm gonna stick with z m f a with the z series here because it's just easier for me to talk to. But we have and we had this in our web, but it's a little bit of a different flavor now with Securus access. We have that ability to do automated sign on to the mainframe. And and just for all of you, we do it to any kind of a mainframe, but I'm talking about z here for for this short conversation. What we can do is we have a trusted relationship with a component on the host. In this case, it's generally z m f a. That's an IBM multifactor product or d caz, which is also an IBM component that does pass tickets. We have a secure relationship with that, and they know that component knows based on our trusted relationship that we've authenticated the end user coming in via enterprise credentials. So we negotiate a one time time limited token on the back end for that user to be automatically signed in. What this does is it eliminates the reliance on passwords, which just simply aren't good anymore. It makes it way stronger because that token is time limited and only good one time. And when you tell the whole story, when you look at the whole, workflow here for that end user, we are logging in from inside your network via two different one time tokens. That is way more secure than the way you're accessing the host today. So that's really why we're going here. That's really the business value in this product. We do a lot more, but that's really where the secret sauce is. That's why we're bringing this product to market, going back to all the security threats that are out there and all the mandates that are requiring multifactor. That's why this product is being introduced. I do wanna make sure that you know that this product is based off of previous products that, were brought over from AMC. That's important because I just don't want you to think it's a new solution. The thick client is based on reflection desktop. Many of you are aware of that product. If you're on a current version of reflection desktop, it's really just new colors. The server side is based on, what we used to call MSS. That was the administrative console of, managing the thick client. It was also the administrative console of reflection for the web, so you're pretty familiar with that, and also for host access for the cloud. And then on the the thin client, that is based on host access for the cloud. And I don't think that some of you may be dabbling in the thought process of going there. We don't want you to do that anymore. We want you to change gears to Securus access, but it is based on that product. And I'm gonna go over the differences of how you can easily move from our web to Securus access in a bit. But I just wanted you to know that this even though it's got a new name and we're with a new company, this is a product that's been around for a lot of years, and and was really created based on the needs that you as our customers brought us. Okay. Oh, it might be me next. Okay. Sorry. And this is because I'm the our web product manager, so that's why. So okay. So we're gonna talk now. We're gonna concentrate on what does that upgrade path look like for you as my Rweb customers. So the first thing I want you to know is that there is an architectural difference between secure host access and reflection for the web. And that's important because reflection for the web was built on a Java applet, and the Java applet was something that was downloaded to your desktop and became the engine, if you will, for emulation. So it could talk to your desktop, and then it connected to the host. It is different in Secure Host Access. There are no desktop dependencies in Secure Host Access. The emulation engine, if you will, is on a server, so there's nothing downloaded to the desktop. And that's actually great. Right? Because the closer you get that server to your mainframe, the more secure it is. Thirty two seventy traffic, for example, never leaves that server. It's all HTML that is rendered into a modern browser. So so while the architecture is different and you need to kinda take that into consideration, I'm gonna I'm gonna have a few bullet points that you need to think about. It is really more valuable to you, as my customer, and it's way more secure because that thirty two seventy traffic never leaves that server. So, so those are the architectural changes. Let's go ahead and get to the okay. So, so, again, architectural changes. So so this is kind of telling you maybe the not so good part about upgrading or the things to be aware of when you're upgrading. Because the architecture is different, browser security now plays a bigger role in what you can and cannot do. So for example, the browser does not want you to be able to talk to the hard drive. So some things have gotten different here in our, in the in the user's ability to do things. So for example, with printing, a browser cannot talk directly to a printer. We have a sandbox there. We have to play by browser security all for the right reasons. Right? I'm not we're not I don't consider this being inhibited. I consider this playing by the browser rules, and the rules are there for a reason. If they're to protect you from malware and other things that we don't want you downloading. So so the way we print and secure host access web client is we print to, we print to a PDF and then you download the PDF and then you and then you print the PDF. So, with file transfer, you cannot just drill into all of these things on your on your PC because you have to have the rights to do that. So file transfer is also a little bit different. It's not gonna just interrogate your whole, c drive to see what you wanna upload. So those things are a little bit different. Still totally accomplishable. I don't want you to think that you can't do those things, but it's just a different user experience. We do have migration tools available. This is really important to me as your product managers because we want you to go to Secure Host access, so we're doing everything in our power to get you there. We can migrate the server information. We can migrate session information. The macros, though, will have to be manually converted. We can help you with that with professional services. If you start early with us, we can take a look at what you have and we can get you. But they it's just in a different language. So so that's why they have to be manually converted. It is also important that you understand that some features are not supported yet. So that's some of you use these features in our web. If you do, we're gonna talk a little bit later about an email address where you can contact us. I wanna know because I I I need to I need to we want you to move. If you wanna move, I need to figure out how to help you. So VT printing is something that is not supported yet. In Securals access. We could do that. So, you know, I'm not overly concerned. I just don't know how many people are using it, and I got some bigger fish to fry, if you will. T 27 printing. So one of my lovely customers in Costa Rica, I know that they went to our web instead of going to Securals access because we didn't have t 27 printing. So I have that on my radar. It's on my road map. I'm gonna get it done. But please know if you are not my lovely customer in Costa Rica. Let me know if that's a feature that you're using because it'll help me bump up the priority. Also, I have airlines customers using this product, and I I most of you know me. I've been on most of your sites. I used to be the airlines product manager. I am aware that we're not doing airlines printing. Airlines printing is something totally different from standard printing. It's bidirectional. Just by the understanding of bidirectional, I have trouble with a browser sandbox. So we have some answers there that we can get you a different product to be able to do your airlines printing for, and we're hoping that's gonna be satisfactory. But, again, when you see the email, address, this is your opportunity to have a conversation with me, and we'll figure this stuff out together. Because if you wanna move, we want you to move, and we'll solve the darn problem. There's also because airlines isn't widely adopted, there are some terminal types of protocols that aren't supported yet. But we can make that happen, so I just need to know what you need, and then I need to prioritize. So I just wanted to be very transparent with you that there are some things that aren't supported today. Now let's go to the value conversation. So this is really what you get by moving to secure host access from a web based client. I think these are huge benefits. So first of all, this is not a benefit. If you are on the new deployment models today in our web, we moved there with version 13. So if you are on version 13 or above, then you already have this, and it is the same in Secure Host Access. For those of you who haven't made the move yet, this will be different for you. So you need to take that into consideration. But it is a good difference. Right? It is high availability. It is making sure that all the data is everywhere that you need it. There are some easier installs via virtual software appliance. We're we're really trying to make this more consumable for our customers. The real benefits come in the fact that there is no dependency at desktop. This is a zero footprint web emulator, so that's really important. You can use any modern browser. Right? With our web, you had to use a browser that either supported, job the Java, part of the browser, or you could have moved to a modern browser and then used the, the Java applet that we can do. We started doing that in the 12 world, but you still have a dependency on the desktop. So so Securals access offers you no dependencies and any modern browser. And then and then I really believe that this is important. It it is that the host traffic, that traffic between the server and the host based, mainframe that you're connecting to all stays on that server. It never leaves. When you think about extending usage out to your customers, your partners, your end users that are outside of your network, none of that traffic goes outside. And that's, for me, that's a real security, upgrade, if you will. And the closer you have that server to your host, the better you are. So, the other thing I think you'll, like is that in this, product, you will get quarterly releases. Doesn't mean you have to take them, but they're there for you. That's where all your security fixes are gonna be. That's where new innovations happening. So they're there for you to to, consume if you so wish. And then we're gonna have a really go forward innovative road map with this product. I I don't think that that is really been true for our web, so I want you to know that we're really committing to looking at all things security with this product, keeping up with all of the new authentication methods. We're looking at some monitoring of clients, being able to restrict, being able to understand what the user's using. There's just a lot going on, so we're gonna have a really innovative product road map for you. So, okay. I think we have one more slide on okay. So this is this is yeah. Sorry. Yeah. This is our guidance to you, my customers. Right? Yep. Upgrade sooner than later. Right? This is really important because, the sooner you start looking at this, the sooner you'll be able to move. The sooner you'll get all that security goodness, and and so we want you to upgrade if it is in your choosing. And and at minimum, I think you should go look at the evaluation to make a decision for yourself. So you can, you can get your account executive if you can't if you don't know who that is, no worries. Just email us at this email address, and we'll help you find that person. But I really think you, at minimum, need to make a plan to take a look at this product. And then if you are so inclined, I think you need to upgrade sooner than later. We're always available to help, so that's not a problem. This email address will really get you to Chris and I, and we respond to every email, and we will help you get from where you are today to where you wanna be tomorrow, whatever that is. So, so don't have don't have a problem in using that email address at all. Okay. Next. I have to go find out where I am. Okay. This is my slide too. Sorry. Yes. It is. You just yes. Okay. So, so this is really exciting. Right? I think, I think it is important that, that you know what we're talking about. We actually, we actually, produced a product life cycle that just went live, so that's really cool. But what we're doing in that product life cycle that you will see, and you've got an announcement on it, which is probably why you're attending this webinar, is that we're putting reflection for the web into maturity status starting July 2026. So what does that mean? Right? What does that mean for you? Because I'm sure that that's worrisome. Right? Well, first of all, it doesn't mean end of life. Right? It really is not a lot of change for you. If you are on current version, you will continue to get updates. We will continue to fix major defects, and we will continue to do security patches. So please don't worry about that. The the bigger difference but, again, I don't think this is a lot of difference for you as in our web customer, is that the innovation is gonna happen on secure host access, which is why I suggest you get there sooner than later so that you can partake in that, innovation. But we've got your back. Right? If something comes up in our web, you reach out to us, and we'll support you the same way we've always supported you. Of course, that matters what version you're on and such, but, but we've got your back. And this does not mean we're walking away from the product. We will continue to have updates that probably will be more of an annual basis now where it is defect support and, security patches. I will tell you, and I commit to you, if you have some if if, you know, a Log four j happens tomorrow, we're on it. We will deliver a fix fast and quickly for you so that that doesn't happen. Of course, we all hope that that doesn't happen, but, you're not gonna wait for an annual release for something that's devastating. So I don't want you to think that. So, really, for you as an Rweb customer, maturity really isn't a change for you. So I just wanted to commit to that. So, Chris, I think I'm passing it back to you now. Right? Yes. And you're muted, Chris. It's because I talk so long. Back and forth back and forth on the mute. Thanks, Barbara. Yeah. Appreciate that. So if you recall from the historical slide, we've been through a lot of merger acquisitions. We've, you know, adopted different product life cycle policies over the years. We've spent the last year since the divestiture, you know, to Rocket, discussing product life cycle and really relying on the Heritage Micro Focus life cycle for products. You can still find a lot of products listed, on the Micro Focus website. Well, we, again, we've been working very diligently on putting together our own product life cycle policies and working towards publishing that information, so that you have access to it and that you really get the support, the information that you need in order to make informed decisions about upgrades and and so forth. And so but we're very proud to announce that we finally published the Rocket official product life cycle policies for secure host access and the legacy terminal emulators that all, you know, ultimately will will upgrade to secure host access. So that is available on, the Rocket website today. It it became available this week. It was published just earlier this week. So, we can probably share the URL with you if, if you need it. Just send us an email to the alias that we, mentioned earlier and are going to mention again. The product life support life cycle policies are are better than they were before. They're easier to understand. We've really refined them from all prior, life cycle policies. You know, we're putting out frequent communications via email. There's the Rocket forum. There's the docs portal. That's where the product life cycle, information and web page is available from. In a lot of cases, they weren't as consistent. The product life cycle policies weren't as consistent across all the terminal emulation products, and, and now they are. And just to give you a real quick highlight of what that looks like, of what the product life cycle looks like is, you know, when we when we release a product, you know, we we make it generally available. It gets full support for years one to three. And then we have something called, you know, limited support. That's phase two of the life cycle for years four and five. And then restricted support is the third stage of the life cycle, and that's year six and beyond. In all cases, you know, you're getting, phone support. You're getting support for, you know, information available from the docs site and so forth. All the documentation remains available. But, you know, just really good and improved life cycle policies, and you can go ahead and check those out right now because they are now available, publicly on the Rocket website. And before we move on, there was a question. Is our web on Windows in maturity stage two? Yep. Great question. So yes. And and I'm gonna dig into that just a little bit because I'm not quite sure what's behind the question, but we have not had a Windows installer for a number of years. So once we went to '13, 13 I'm pretty sure it was anyway, I can't remember exactly. But, if you're using a Windows installer, you're probably on a version that is coming close to end of life. You are not in the new deployment models, and the new deployment models are where we have a virtual software appliance or we allow you to install on a Linux OS if the virtual appliance doesn't work for you. So, but you the answer is yes. All our web that ships today will be going into maturity status as of, July 2026. But, again, we haven't supported a Windows installer for a number of years. I I I believe it's been over three. So Thanks so much, Barbara. You bet. I think we probably spoken with you know, you've you've spoken with one of us or both of us at different times over the years. We've been here long enough supporting you. So you can count on, you know, us being there for you. Reflection for the Web is gonna continue to be supported. We're going to, you know, try to motivate customers to move to secure host access. In a lot of cases, it's just happening because of the security environment. There's all these mandates that Barbara talked about. DORA, NIS two in Europe is happening quite a bit, or we're hearing about quite a bit. There's all the US Fed Gov, mandates and so forth. And and so, you're you're you're fine moving at your own pace, but at some point, there's gonna be some sort of mandate that probably says, you know, you wanna be on a product where you can protect the data on a on a mainframe, with multifactor authentication. That's just gonna happen, you know, naturally. So just be aware of that. You know, we're gonna support you through our and and your modernization journey. We're really going through this together. And so, you know, just know that we're gonna we're gonna be here for for our journey as we as we go on this together. Yep. And then, Barbara, you you're next. Yeah. And the one thing I wanna add to what you said, Chris, you know, some of these mandates out there are also requiring you to be on a supported version of software where you do get these, patches. So that's important as well. Right? So so, Maz, and I know we're talking about our web for Windows, and I don't know what version you're using. But please keep that into consideration because the product life cycle is only for three years. And after that, we're not gonna commit to giving patch for those versions. So, so if that's a just make sure let's stay in touch. I just wanna make sure that you you have everything you need. So, and and, yeah, part of the reason why we're here today is because Secure Host Access provides an innovative road map. Chris and I are really excited. I mean, we have a huge development team that is really in the thick of it, looking at what can we do for you as our customers in this whole realm of security. So we're really excited. It's gonna be a really good road map for you going forward. As Chris said, we have published the product life cycles, and and, frankly, they're better than ever. Right? We have we have a nice you have a pathway that you can clearly see what's happening. There's dates up there so you could look at your, product in in the specific version that you're using and understand the life cycle for it. And, again, we're not walking away from you even with our web while it's going in a mature status. If you're on current version, we will continue to support you. So it's we're not this is not we're not making you move. I I think in my previous life and other companies, that was the plan, but this is not the plan here. We want you to move. We think you'll see value in moving, but we are not mandating that you move. So, that's just what we wanna know and or what we want you to know. And then there's still work to do. Right? We don't nobody gets everything right the first go. So there may be things that we don't understand. So there's work to do here. Right? Just like I was saying about some of the features that may not be supported. You can tell us what you like and we don't like it. If there's something we can do about it, we we glad to do that. So so please don't consider this a webinar that you're joining and then and then now you're gonna go make changes. What we want this to be a ongoing conversation. We delight in seeing emails coming to that inbox, you know, and it can be whatever you need. Right? Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of the right people in a company. Well, that this one will get you to Chris and I, and and even if it's not in our area of expertise, we'll get you to the right person, including your sales rep. So, the other thing I think is fair is, you know, hearing all this information, if you really didn't, understand our strategy going forward, maybe what you'd like to do is get a demo of this product. So, we can do those things too. We can start a POC. We can just do a online meeting with you and kinda show you how the actual product works. I I do that all the time. I'm in three or four of those a week. So just let us know what you need, and we'll be there for you. So, that's our commitment to you. And I I think that is kind of the last slide, and we can now open it up for questions. That's right. Yeah. Go ahead, Chris. I was just gonna say, so, some sometimes the question comes up, Barbara, about, whether secure host access, just like our WebRite needs Java, and I think you showed that in a in one of the illustrations. But so the question being, you know, do you need Java for Secure Host access for the web based solution? The server is a Java application, but there is no Java dependency at the client. It is totally HTML from your modern browser to that server. So no Java dependency on the client. Great question, though. Awesome. And it does come up all the time. Yeah. This is called a zero footprint emulator. So and we do have ways, by the way, since since you asked me another question. We do have ways you can we have a thing called, we have a couple of things that can make integration from the web client to the things that sit in your on your desktop if you need those. Right? It's no longer zero footprint then. But if you would need something for desktop integration, for example, then we do have components. You could put those on the desktops that need them and not on others. But, but out of the box, just to use web based simulation, no dependencies of the desktop. Yeah. The I think the other thing that comes up is, you know, these days, everybody's doing disaster recovery, business continuity planning. So how does Shaw, you know, Shaw, Secure Host Access kinda play into that, that need for organizations to have a good backup, you know, failover, solution? Great question. And that's this product was built on that. And I do see, Mazah, in your second question, so I'm gonna get to that in just a second. But to to go where Chris is, so high availability is really important. Right? I mean, I know that maybe terminal emulation isn't the thing everybody wants to do today. Right? But if you can't get to the mainframe, you can't do your job. Right? That means mission critical. So you don't have the mainframe because you like mainframes. You have the mainframe because it is important to your business. So, that's why you have a terminal emulator. So high availability is really important, and that's why we moved to the new deployment model. So the new deployment model really is three pods that are deployed that all sync up together, and that's what gives you your high availability. So so that if something disconnects, right, whether it's a geo, whether it's a zone in a cloud provider, whether it is a server, whatever goes down, all business shifts over to the other two. So, yes. We have great high availability. The other thing that's kinda cool, and it and it was mostly this way with our web as well. But the licensing for this product is about users. So it's not about servers. It's about users. So we the license that either on the named user, where you name a user for every license, or concurrent usage. So so that's the other thing. That's you can install as many servers as you need to to support your deployment. So, I'm gonna cut over to Mazin's other Yeah. Questions. So that's great. Do you have a cloud deployment model or only on prem? So we do we do all of it. We do on prem, off prem, and hybrid. And what do I mean by that? Because we really don't care where you install the product. Again, licensing perspective. But, what what we offer today and this is fairly new. So if you haven't looked at the most recent releases, maybe an update for you. And I don't think that we did the third one with for our web. I think we only do that for Securus access. But, so, about three years ago, we started on this new deployment model. So we have a virtual software appliance, and then we have a Linux installer. Well, what was so and, and what was new and then we just pushed this out in our June release of Securus access was it's called the Helm installer. So that allows you to deploy the product in, for example, a cloud and use the orchestration tool of choice in the cloud to be able to orchestrate that deployment. So it made it much easier. There are ways to deploy the, the Linux model in the cloud. We have customers that do it today. I I've had several customers that were using the host access for the cloud, which was the zero footprint predecessor to the web client and Securus access. I have customers that have been using that in the cloud for years, several of them. So, so but but now with that, we're all moving to Securus to access, we wanna give them more abilities to do more things. And and that's what I mean about introducing this Helm installer so that you can use that in a, orchestration tool of your choice. So yes. So we support cloud, on prem, and then hybrid. That's great.
